This incident has been resolved, data that failed to process during the degradation period has been re-run.

Update

The issue with Atomic Workbench log-in has been resolved.

Data processing error rates have dropped though there may still be delays with some processing.

We are continuing to monitor.

Monitoring

AWS is currently experiencing degradation which is impacting Atomic.

For all customers, log-in to the Atomic Workbench is currently intermittently not working due to this.

Some Atomic customers may experience delays in cards sending, analytic events coming through, insights data writing, among other issues. Once the issue in AWS is resolved Atomic will be able to re-run any missed data processing such as the above examples.
